My Experience In NPA

Hi, I am Daniel Franco and I am going to talk you about my experience in NPA. My delegation was the Liberal Party and my comision was Enviormental; Water as a fundamental right.

First we start practicing in our English class, our Miss, Miss Libia said us to explain some characteristics about our delegation, there was a future president of NPA named Luisa Parra. Miss Libia invited her to see us if we were doing good, and she also explain us some questions.

The next week in Wednesday, the day of the simulacrum of NPA the presidents passed by all the classrooms asking if we have questions aboutt it, about point of order, or posicion paper or work paper etc.Then it came the day the 27 of March of 2009 was the real NPA. So First at 7:00 a.m all the delegations had to agroup in their comisions. So for 7:00 a.m to 8:40 or 7:30 a.m we start debating the respecting tittle, in my case waster as a fundamental right. But before doing that we had to read our posicions paper. We we finished reading the posicion paper, we start debating, at first no one said a word, so the presidents decide to put a crisis. Our First Crisis was that the FARC exploted a tube of water in VillaVicencio. We debate this, My delegation participated like 6 times, and then we had recess.In recess some delegations were complaining about some unfar things the presidents made, like the say. We started saying that the presidents were not prepared, and that we will complain with the miss. But no one complain. Then it came our second crisis that was that U.S.A was putting their wastes in the amazon river and thay blame the FARC. We also debate that a long time but finally U.S.A was blamed. The we had lunch we dont said nothing we only play. Then we came back of recess, and we start debating, our new crisis was that the FARC destroy an acueduct and that brign a lot of problems. We debate this crisis a long of time, some delegations were requesting about that not to blamed the other delegations, they wanted solucions, the time was running, and we were aproximating to the prices, so we decided to finish the debate quickly, only 1 delegation was near for lossing the vote, was the U Party. So we finished with no solucion and we made the work paper, I made a group with Radical Change and the Ambiental Ministry. We read it, and then we went to the cafeteria for the prices. Of My Comsion only Radical Chage and Farcs won a price and of My comision only Andres Olivares won prize, Oscar Ramon won 2 prizes but he was not there so his prizes werre given to the ELN.

My experience in NPA was good, I think it was funny but I though that my presiednts were not very prepared and unfair.
